So I am sitting here in the library and just organized my schedule and due dates for the next two weeks. And think I may just go crazy…
I just finished a methodology report. One task down, a lot still to go. I still have three chapters of calculus to do (plus online problems), I have to study for a Chemistry exam next Monday, I have a Calculus quiz on Thursday, choir auditions next Wednesday, a bilaws test for Sigma Alpha Omega on Sunday, I have a new half-semester class starting next Thursday, I have to go fix a mistake on my lease for next at some point this week, I have to write, revise and edit two essays by Thursday, read two labs for Chemistry Lab this week, and three chapters of online Chemistry homework.
To say the least I am a tad stressed.
Jeremiah 32:27 “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?”
I know my stress is overwhelming, but nothing is too overwhelming for Christ if I lean on him for guidance.
2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and of a sound mind.”
I know that I shouldn’t be afraid or anxious. Through the help of Christ, I can power through this week knowing he will help me with my self-discipline, strength and peace.
Amen.
